A French patent application was filed by YTY on 2 June 2026 under number FR2607321, claiming priority from application FR2515238 of 12 December 2025. This application is under examination at the INPI; no patent has been granted to date.
The application covers a protocol for transferring ownership of a physical object between two RELICKEEPER card holders, person to person. It does not cover the self-identification chip, which is an off-the-shelf component.
